This is mainly just to keep up the activity on the page.

As of January 15, I am officially 18. It doesn't feel any different, really. The only time it did was when I went out the day after my birthday and had that tequila shot and a few sips of a corona knock-off because my sister wouldn't shut up about how crap it tasted and didn't want to finish it herself.

Also, as of January 23rd, I have the most annoying eyelid infection ever. My right eye is pretty much useless until this thing decides to wear off. And the only way I have to waste time is to either listen to music or write. My headphones are busted, so basically all I can do is write. I'm going to start the third chapter of "The Arcane One" pretty soon after I post this, but this RP that's going on over at Square Anthology ([link] go join it) is a pretty good time waster.

Otherwise, that's pretty much it. I'm still as bored as ever waiting for something to happen.

A few random updates:

1) I only got a 43-47 for my UAI. Meaning, no Uni. Meaning, no creative writing courses. Damn. There go all my plans.

2) I am now looking for a full-time job, just in case I'm not accepted. So, if anyone has any leads, fill me in please~ I've already applied to places like EB Games and GAME, but I think I'm being too optimistic in hoping for that.

So, I and pretty much every other resident of NSW who is in Year 12 got their HSC marks back today. I'm not sure what to think.

Band 4's in all subjects, except for Ancient and Modern History, in which I got 3. This is out of 6, so they aren't great, but I got twice the score I did than in the trials for most subjects.

I don't think my UAI's going to be too good, though. I hope I get 70... That Creative Writing course sounds perfect for me.

1) 4 invites 3 and 8 to dinner at their house. What happens?

Elena(4) would probably come off too strong and scare Rosa(3) off. Marissa(8) would just make too big a deal out of it and freak Elena out instead of the other way around.

2) 9 tries to get 5 to go to a strip club.

Rowan(9)'s idea of a strip club would probably be extremely odd (A physically young animal hybrid would, wouldn't they?), and Sarah(5) isn't really a lesbian.

3) You need to stay at a friends house for the night. Do you chose 1 or 6?

Alastor(6), because Alyth(1) is a bit too free-roaming to actually even have a house to stay at.

4) 2 and 7 are making out. 1 walks in...Their reaction?

Well, Imogen(2) and Narcissa(7) are supposed to be the two main opposites in the story... And they're both women. I assume Alyth(1) would end up being more curious than anything else, but not entirely turned on or off by it.

5) 3 falls in love with 6. 8 is jealous. What happens?

Well, Rosa(3) is the timid kind of girl that would need a gentle kind of guy like Alastor(6). Marissa is a member of Alastor's rival team in the story, so I can't see her being OVERLY jealous, but if she was, I assume she'd just bitch at Rosa until she was scared off... Which wouldn't take long.

6) 4 jumps you in a dark allyway. Who comes to your rescue? 1,2 or 7?

Well, Imogen(2) is the most selfless out of these three. Alyth(1) would as well, but he still isn't as hardcore as Imogen(2) is. Narcissa(7) would probably just sit and enjoy.

7) 1 decides to start a cooking show. 15 minutes later what is happening?

15 minutes later, the place would pretty much be burned to the ground, due to Alyth(1)'s ineptitude with most electronic or household devices. It's not really the right era, either.

8) 5 is in a car crash and is critictly injured. What does 9 do?

Well, Rowan(9) seems like the kind of person who would be selfless enough to help Sarah(5), so I can really see himself going into harms way to get her out and take her to a safe place... Or a hospital. Maybe a morgue, depending.

9) 3 has to marry either 8,4 or 9. Who do they chose?

Well, apparently Elena(4) and Marissa(8) are women, so Rosa(3) would DEFINITELY not go with either of them. Rowan(9) is a half-animal, though, and would really only be as tall as her knees when he reaches full height. It's tough, but Rowan(9) would have to do.

10) 7 kidnaps 2 and demands something from 5 for 2's release. What is it?

Well, Narcissa(7) is Imogen(2)'s enemy, so I doubt demands would be involved. However, she would probably ask Sarah(5) to make sure Imogen stops meddling with her (Narcissa's) new governmental scheme, what with being the minister and all.

11) You get to meet either 1 or 6. Who do you chose?

Alyth(1). He's the more exciting of the two, but Alastor(6) would have some benefits, I suppose.

12) 1 challenges 4 to a chariot race. Why?

Because they're both competitive, hyper-active people. Elena(4) is a lot more level-headed out of combat, though.

13) Everyone gangs up on 3. Does 3 have a chance in hell?

Well, when we're being entirely candid here, Rosa(3) has enough power to incinerate the world to cinders, what with having the ability to use fire-based magic and all. She could just kill them all and leave without a speck of dust covering her, or a hair out of place.

14) Everyone is invited to 2 and 1 wedding except for 8. How do they react?

I really don't think Marissa(8) would be the kind to fret over a marriage between Alyth(1) and Imogen(2), but she may have a twinge of jealousy due to her overarching personality. She wouldn't be adversely effected unless it was the wedding of one of two of her team mates. (Neither of whom were included in this.)

15) Why is 6 afraid of 7?

Because Narcissa(7) has a whole government-controlled army that she could turn on Alastor(6) in the blink of an eye.

16) 1 gathers everyone around to tell them a fairy tale. How does it go?

He'll just regale them of the time he rescued Sarah(5)'s ass from that creepy old magician. In other words, he'd just tell them exactly how "Into The Forest" went.

17) 1 arives late for 2 and 1's wedding. What happens? And why are they late?

Imogen(2) would be understanding if Alyth(1) was late to the wedding, but she'd make him pay for it later on in small doses at a time. He'd most likely be late because of some adventure or another he was on.

18) 5 and 9 get roaring drunk and end up at your house. What happens?

Sarah(5) would probably end up falling asleep quickly, while Rowan(9) would just start running around worrying about his problems in an overly-loud, whining, squeaky voice.

19) 3,8,6 and 4 all go to the zoo for 8's brithday party. How does it go? What presents do they get 8?

Rosa(3) would most likely get Marissa(8) a pendant due to their mutual attraction to jewelry (despite being for different reasons.) Elena(4) would get Marissa(8) a card, due to her disgust at Marissa(8)'s personality. Alastor(6) would get Marissa(8) a coat of some kind, due to an also-mutual weakness to the cold. It'd go mostly smoothly, due to the three from Ascension being on good terms with one another (especially Alastor(6) and Elena(4)), and Rosa being the kind of person they'd get along with.


20) Everyone gets together and start protesting something outside of your house. What are they protesting? What do you do?

They'd probably be protesting how horrible a writer I am. I'd just delete the stories: That'd get rid of them, right?

21) 9 murders 2 best friend. What does 2 do to get back at them?

Well, Rowan(9) is hideously weak due to the Mido-Elve's being largely cut off from their dangerously powerful technology, so Imogen(2) would probably just punt him to death. Despite him being one of her best friends. o_O;;

22) 6 and 1 are in mortal danger. Only one of them can surrvie. Does 6 save themself or 1?

Well, Alastor(6) has that magic shield of his, so he could go either way. He could easily save both of them and exit unscathed if he was lucky, but he's more inclined to rescue Alyth(1).

23) Which one of them is most likely to fail at life?

Rowan(9), due to his vulnerability to punting.

24) 5 is trapped in a cave. 1 comes to rescue them. What happens?

Well, Sarah(5) has been rescued by Alyth(1) before in a story, so she'd probably tap him on the head and claim she didn't need help again, just like last time.

25) 3 starts a day camp. What happens?

Due to Rosa(3)'s susceptibility to being frightened, I'd assume the place would be burned down by midday of day 1.

26) 4,6, and 7 are doing the Hokey-Pokey. 8 walks in. What happens?

Marissa(8) would sigh, shrug her shoulders and claim that she "needed new friends". Elena(4) and Alastor(6) would most likely leave Narcissa out and laugh at her inept dancing.

27) 1 starts to write a fan-fiction where 9 and 1 are going out. What is 2's reaction?

I'd assume Imogen(2) would be quite angry at Alyth(1), since him going out with Rowan(9) would make him a homosexual furry.

28) 7 makes an apple pie. Is it any good?

Narcissa(7) usually has her staff make all that stuff for her, so no, it would probably be poisonous.

29) 8 and 3 go camping. For some reason they forget to bring any food.

Probably because Rosa(3) could kill and cook anything in an obscenely efficient and fast manner. Marissa(8) would probably pig out and, as usual, never gain a pound.

30) The quiz is over. What does everyone go to do now?

1. Go kill some wizards
2. Go working on some mechanic-related crap again
3. She'd go back to burning everything that startles her
4. Go off with Alastor(6) again
5. She'd go deliberately put herself in danger for Alyth(1)'s quest
